Collection and processing of data 

Every access to our website and every retrieval of a file stored on the website is logged. The storage serves internal system-related and statistical purposes. 

Are logged: 

  • Name of retrieved file
  • date and time of retrieval,
  • amount of data transferred,
  • notification of successful retrieval,
  • operating system used,
  • browser and browser type,
  • the website from which the link was forwarded,
  • the internet service provider,
  • visited pages and
  • requesting domain.

Additionally, the IP addresses of the requesting computers are logged. However, the person responsible does not draw any conclusions about a person. This data is only required to display the content of our website correctly, to optimize the content for you in the long term and to support criminal prosecutions in the event of hacker attacks. The data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Subparagraph 1 lit. f) GDPR. The processing of the data is necessary for the operation of the website. The data is stored as long as it is required to fulfill the purpose and then automatically deleted.

  • pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but you use them to assert, exercise or defense of legal claims or you have objected to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR;
  • in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request transmission to another person responsible;
  • pursuant to Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR, to revoke your consent once given to us at any time. As a result, we are no longer allowed to continue the data processing based on this consent for the future and

Right to object

If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 21 GDPR, provided there are reasons for this that arise from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right to object, which we will implement without specifying a particular situation. Protection of stored data 

We use technical and organizational security measures to protect the personal data you have provided to us from manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved and adapted in accordance with the state of the art. It cannot be ruled out that data transmitted by you in unencrypted form can be viewed by third parties during transmission. We would like to point out that with regard to data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail), a final secure transmission cannot be guaranteed. Sensitive data should therefore either not be transmitted over the Internet at all or only over a secure connection (SSL).

E-mail contact, telephone and fax 

It is possible to contact us via the specified e-mail address on our website. You can also contact us via the telephone or fax number given on the website. If you make use of these options, the personal data transmitted will be stored and only collected and processed for the purpose of processing and answering your request. If you contact us, you give your consent for data processing in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Subparagraph 1 lit. a) GDPR. We use Google Fonts in a static way so that no connection to Google's servers is established and your personal data is not processed. Since no personal data is processed, we do not need your consent.

(2) YouTube

We use social plugins from YouTube LLC (901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA; hereinafter "YouTube"), a subsidiary of Google LLC (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), on our website. to make our company better known.

The plugins are marked with a YouTube logo, for example in the form of a "YouTube camera" or a "Play" button.

We integrate these plug-ins using the so-called two-click method and the Youtube nocookie settingsto protect visitors to our website in the best possible way. This means that your personal data (in particular your IP address) is not transmitted to YouTube when you access the website. (3) Google DoubleClick 

This website uses the online marketing tool DoubleClick, a service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA (hereinafter: "Google"). Google is our processor in this context.

DoubleClick uses cookies to serve ads relevant to users, to improve campaign performance reports, or to prevent a user from seeing the same ads multiple times. Google uses a cookie ID to record which ads are placed in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed more than once. We would like to get in touch with you and other interested parties, customers and users. For this we use different social networks. The individual social networks we use can be found in the following section. As a rule, data is collected which is used in the context of market research and for advertising purposes.
